HPMG AlNiCo products supply numerous applications such as Automotive, Aerospace, Automation and a multiplicity of electronics applications. High, medium, Low volume.

Features of Cast Alnico:
 1、Vast range of complex shapes and sizes at an economical cost

2、Ideal for high temperature application up to 550

3、Good corrosion resistance

4、Density ranging from 6.9g/cm3 to 7.39/cm3

5、A typical hardness of 50 Rockwell C,only suitable for grinding

6、Individual tailored products possible

Application: applied to automobile parts,instruments,audio apparatus,electronic motors,educational equipment and aerospace equipment.

1、Manufatured by power metallurgical process,and sinered to produce near net shapes.

2、Sintered to produce near net shapes.

3、Ideal for high temperature application up to 550

4、Having good corrosion resistance

5、Fine crytalline metallic structure,density ranging from 6.9g/m3 to 7.39/cm3

A tipical hardness of 50 Rockwell C,only suitable for grinding Individual tailored products possible.
