Hangzhou Permanent Magnet Group (HPMG) has strong technical and production strength in magnetic assembly manufacturing, focusing on providing customers with design, development and manufacturing services for magnetic material applications.

Magnetic component services are divided into the following four main areas:
① magnetic component assembly;
② magnet overmolding and injection molding magnets;
③ machining;
④ mold design, mold flow analysis and magnetic circuit design, magnetic field scanning.
Our products are involved in many cutting-edge fields such as medical devices, automotive, rail transportation, aerospace and so on. The production process strictly implements the management system standards of ISO/TS16949:2009, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007.

Magnetic Component Assembly

HPMG has production capabilities such as clean workshops with 10000 level standards, high-precision machining equipment, and various types of fully automated production lines.

Magnet Overmolding & Injection Molding

HPMG can produce various injection molded ferrites, NdFeB, SmFeN, as well as various magnet encapsulated products. It can also perform axial, radial, multi-stage magnetization and radiation orientation on injection molded magnets, with internationally leading technological level.

Integrated Design Support

HPMG has professional electromagnetic simulation technology and high-precision magnetic performance testing equipment (SENIS 3D Gaussian meter, MAGCAM magnetic camera), providing customers with professional design solutions

HPMG can provide solutions for the processing of high-speed rotors as well as the production and manufacturing services. We offer a one-stop service from the optimization of design concepts to the procurement of raw materials, processing of parts, assembly of products, and final inspection and delivery.
